For the purchase price we will do the following:

1. Fully load test the batteries to determine capacity (Range)

2. Test the batteries on one of our SEGWAY® machines to whether they function properly.

Orders containing lithium batteries will ship by ground only regardless of the shipping method chosen. If you desire shipping insurance on the shipment from us back to you, please click here to add it.

The fees paid for this service are unable to be applied to rebuild services. We do not perform any diagnostic services on NCG2004-N battery packs!

The staff is animated and helpful

I drove a distance to MTO without much hope for my situation. I had recovered two Gen 1 Segways from my old police department; after I had left, they had let them sit for who knows how long without using them and the batteries were flat. The older set of batteries would charge, but not hold the charge, I get that, they were old. But, there was one set of batteries that was very new, and the Segways wouldn't even recognize them to begin charging. MTO was able to recondition the batteries, they charge just fine now. MTO saved me roughly $1800.00. The staff is animated and helpful. Thanks, guys, and have a Merry Christmas !
