Prompt in answering queries and prompt in service. Doing a job that few companies do -- MTO is allowing quality builds from the past to remain active and standing in the way of forcing us to discard superior products for inferior products of today -- an example of which is my 30+ year old Makita stick battery.

I feel this service can save money with lithium rechargeable battery rebuild over buying a new battery. Sadly they don’t rebuild every brand but many major ones. For me service works smoothly but don’t be in a hurry.

I have an older legacy snap on drill that is in great working condition in the battery. Just simply expired overtime. I found MTO on a Google search and they were able to restore my battery back to full function. Great service with good communication communications during the process. They made it simple!
