Several years ago I purchased several Worx products and batteries. I was happy with them. Recently, three batteries started failing. I had to figure out whether to buy all new equipment or replace the batteries because Worx discontinued the model I had been using. I bought a edger/trimmer from a different model and was not satisfied. So, I decided to replace the batteries. I was very happy because I can keep using all my equipment. I wish I went to you before buying a different edger/trimmer that was subpar. Thank you.

I am so happy with MTO's service. They were able to "re-energize" 2 Acculan batteries that I use in power equipment for my mobile veterinary orthopedic surgery practice. Repair of the batteries was a fraction of the cost for purchasing a new battery. The whole process was easy, affordable , and expeditious. Both batteries are back in service. I highly recommend MTO.

I was skeptical, but this saved us a ton of money rather than replacing the entire drive unit for our skylight. It takes a little longer because you have to ship it back and forth, but it's a great solution. The rebuild is very professionally done.

I sent in my velux solar battery pack. The wrapping was cracked and the batteries were dead. I wasn't sure about this whole process, but they stayed in touch through out the entire process and they sent me back what I thought was a brand new perfect product. It looked and worked perfectly. No anxiety once the emails started to flow.

The repair service was very good. I had an older battery that needed some extra work to make function properly. The repair came in at the price quoted and a brief explanation of the work performed was provided. I have used the battery several times since has been repaired and I can not tell if there is a difference in performance from when it was new.
