MTO recognizes the need for our clients that are located outside of the lower 48 US states to have their batteries serviced. We have compiled a brief list below of companies that offer parcel forwarding services. Each company may have their own rules/regulations on the type and size of the commodities that they accept. These companies can provide you with a US address for us to ship to. Then they handle the export/import and customs processing for you.

CHECKLIST WHEN SHIPPING TO MTO BATTERY FROM OUTSIDE OF THE USA
- Setup your freight forwarding account with the freight forwarding company of your choice.
- Place your order on the MTO website being sure to use the address that the freight forwarder provided you with as the shipping address.
- Ship your order to MTO using the carrier of your choice.
- Be sure the package is declared as a "Battery being shipped for repair" and that it was not sold to us.
- Be sure that it is shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). These are commonly referred to as INCO Terms: DDP.
- Please know that we will not accept any package that requires us to pay to receive it.
