Outline of how our process works:
Step 1: Place your order online using our secure website.
Step 2: Print the order confirmation email that you received that has your order number on it. If you do not have a printer you can write your order number on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment.
Step 3: Ship your battery(s) to 237 N. Church Lane Red Lion, PA 17356 using the carrier of your preference. Please note that MTO does not provide a pre-paid shipping label for the shipment. You will need to pay the carrier directly. Do not include any terminal protectors, special packaging, or other accessories that you would like returned.
Step 4: Please keep the tracking number that your carrier provides you with so that you can confirm that the package was delivered to us.
Step 5: We will provide you with a shipping confirmation once the order has been completed. This email will have the tracking information in it.
