Outline of how our process works:
Step 1: Place your order online using our secure website.
Step 2: Print the order confirmation email you received, which includes your order number. If you do not have a printer, you can write your order number on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment.
Step 3: Ship your battery(s) to 237 N. Church Lane, Red Lion, PA 17356 using the carrier of your preference. Be sure to include your order number when shipping to us! Please note that MTO does not provide a pre-paid shipping label for the shipment. You will need to pay the carrier directly. Do not include any terminal protectors, special packaging, or other accessories that you would like returned.
Step 4: Please keep the tracking number your carrier provides so you can confirm the package was delivered to us.
Step 5: We will email you a shipping confirmation once the order is complete. This email will include the tracking information.
