Charging Recommendations

1. Always ensure that the battery is not hot and is at room temperature before charging.

2. Once charged, remove the battery from the charger. Do not store the battery on the charger for extended periods of time. Please note that storing a battery in a charger that is not plugged into the wall, can potentially cause the battery to drain back into the charger. This was more common with older chargers and we have also noted it in some newer chargers.

3. It is recommended to not store the battery on the device when not in use. Storing the battery separately removes the possibility of the device slowly draining the battery. 

4. If you have not used the battery for 2-3 months, we would recommend recharging the battery and if possible, use them. This helps maintain their health.

5. Lastly, be sure to store your battery in a dry environment. If possible, avoid temperatures below freezing and above 110F to maximize battery life.

Cases, connectors, and circuit boards are re-used and are not replaced or serviced. Send your BP7235 battery to us and let us make it work as well as new. Our trained technicians work on Fluke® brand batteries each day. We rebuild almost all types of Fluke® brand batteries. Don't wait any longer. Send your BP7235 battery pack to us for repair today!

Note: When we are rebuilding your battery, if your circuit board is found to be defective, we will contact you. At that time we will provide you with the option of sending us another battery or we can refund you for the rebuild service. The old cells are removed and recycled prior to circuit board testing and cannot be shipped back to you. 

 Orders containing lithium batteries will ship by ground only regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Is your battery Repair company insured? I called nearly every company I found on the Internet that was repairing these batteries. MTO was the only company that was able to provide me a valid liability insurance certificate. On top of that they were one of two companies that actually knew that these were medical batteries and not just being used in some type of meter. do your research folks, not all companies are the same. You need to make sure you were dealing with someone who is qualified to do the work and also insured in case there is an issue. The work performed by MTO On my batteries was professional quality and the batteries work as they're supposed to. They trained in the equipment the very first time.
