With this purchase, you need to send your battery to us to be rebuilt. We DO NOT sell new or already rebuilt batteries.

Charging Recommendations

1. Always ensure that the battery is not hot and is at room temperature before charging.

2. Once charged, remove the battery from the charger. Do not store the battery on the charger for extended periods of time. Please note that storing a battery in a charger that is not plugged into the wall, can potentially cause the battery to drain back into the charger. This was more common with older chargers and we have also noted it in some newer chargers.

3. It is recommended to not store the battery on the device when not in use. Storing the battery separately removes the possibility of the device slowly draining the battery. 

4. If you have not used the battery for 2-3 months, we would recommend recharging the battery and if possible, use them. This helps maintain their health.

5. Lastly, be sure to store your battery in a dry environment. If possible, avoid temperatures below freezing and above 110F to maximize battery life.

MTO makes you wish they fixed everything!

I can't say enough about MTO's service and their level of customer care. My battery's case was beaten up, a **** slot hat worn through so the case's front could not be secured, and a metal strip had broken so the battery could not be recharged due to an insecure connection. I had little hope of it being fixed but had no option so I sent my battery out to Red Lion, PA and figured I had a long wait.
The next day, I got an email from MTO informing me they received the battery, They next day I received an email enumerating what was wrong with it and that they would do their best to repair it. The next day I was informed they had sent my battery back and thanked me for choosing them. The next day, I got my battery back. There were no extra charges for the additional repairs. I charged the battery and have been mowing my lawn with it ever since,

Gave me my Neuton back!

I have had a little Neuton mower for over 20 years. It's perfect for getting to the parts of my yard that the riding mower is too big or awkward to handle. Several years ago the latest battery wore out, and Neuton no longer made them. I bought another brand of mower that was heavier and reluctant to start, Very frustrating. I was about to give up and spend hundreds on yet another mower, when I came across MTO. Thankfully I still had both my Neuton and the old battery. Off I sent it to MTO, and in less than a week I had a new battery. My little Neuton runs again! Thank you for the stellar service!
