With this purchase, you need to send your battery to us to be rebuilt. We DO NOT sell new or already rebuilt batteries.

Charging Recommendations

1. Always ensure that the battery is not hot and is at room temperature before charging.

2. Once charged, remove the battery from the charger. Do not store the battery on the charger for extended periods of time. Please note that storing a battery in a charger that is not plugged into the wall, can potentially cause the battery to drain back into the charger. This was more common with older chargers and we have also noted it in some newer chargers.

3. It is recommended to not store the battery on the device when not in use. Storing the battery separately removes the possibility of the device slowly draining the battery. 

4. If you have not used the battery for 2-3 months, we would recommend recharging the battery and if possible, use them. This helps maintain their health.

5. Lastly, be sure to store your battery in a dry environment. If possible, avoid temperatures below freezing and above 110F to maximize battery life.

NiCad & NiMH batteries are dry cell batteries and are not regulated as long as they are protected from becoming shorted during transit.

Our rebuild will be done with high quality 2.5Ah cells which are a slight increase over the 2.45Ah they were originally sold with. Works great

The battery works great but I wish I could have received it back a little quicker. Per the tracking information you had the battery 3 days. I do not feel it should have taken so long to rebuild it. That is the only reason I deducted a star from my review.

Good service

My business is about two hours away from MTO. As luck would have it I needed this battery for a job and it did not work. After doing a Google search for replacement batteries I found MTO and called them. They were very pleasant to talk to, and they allowed me to drive the battery there and they rebuilt it while I waited. The service they provided was amazing and the battery has been working flawlessly for the past three months. Thank you again for your assistance.
