Fast Service, Excellent Rebuild

These Snap-On batteries are very expensive, but I was able to renew my very own battery and saved money thanks to MTO providing this service. I payed for shipping to MTO, but they paid shipping back to me. The service was professional, the results are fantastic, and the price was reasonable. Plus, they rebuilt my personal battery instead of exchanging it. All this, plus the turn around time was just a matter of days. I'm very pleased with the service.

Bothe of my Nicad batteries for 1/2 impact gave up the ghost. Researched the interweb for a solution and found this company so I sent them in. Bothe were returned in a reasonable time and now I have use of my impact again.

We sent in a single battery repair of many. MTO Battery Repair is consistently performing great work and professional!
The return box was just a little larger than the internal boxing for the battery. The shipping department took the time to add another sheet of padding between the two boxes for added protection.
Their shipping technique is better than the big store companies.

I appreciated the enclosed guide recommending letting the battery cool down prior to charging, as well as taking the battery off the charger after charging. I hadn't been doing those things, which might've contributed to my original batteries' shortened life spans.
