Your AIWA EXOS 9 unit has a 120VAC power cord that plugs into your system. This powers the EXOS 9 unit and also powers an internal charging circuit that charges your battery. If the internal charging circuit fails, it is possible for the system to work when plugged in but may not work if the battery is discharged too low. Once the battery is discharged too low, the protection circuit inside of the battery prevents it from being charged.
Please note that MTO Battery only repairs the battery pack itself. We do not work on nor diagnose the EXOS 9 system itself.
