Battery was dead, I was ready to throw out the drill and batteries. Found MTO online, sent one of the batteries in for rebuild, drill works great now, I’ll be sending in the other battery shortly.

I suppose time will tell, but MTO re-built 2 of these batteries that I had been advised were worthless, should be recycled, and buy new ones... all for about 70% of the cost of two new ones, with shipping being about 20% of the total. I re-charged the batteries and they function well, actually running longer than when they were fresh out of the box from Ridgid. So, I have no reason to doubt that they will have a long normal life with the rest of my toys. Oh, I should add that I have more batteries to send to MTO and will, that is the best measure of how pleased I am with its performance.

Being able to have the battery for my skylight blind rebuilt was great since a new battery is no longer available for purchase. The process for sending the battery back to MTO for rebuilding was simple and I had a working battery back in no time. Thanks to MTO's rebuilding service I am able to use my skylight blind again.

I had four rebuilds with MTO this summer. Each order was completed in a fully professional manner, that is, communications, timeliness and packaging.
As the rebuilds were just completed, the only longevity I can state is, all four skylights are now fully functioning.

Sent two old Makita 1434 batteries in for rebuild and they came back better than new. I had previously sent in two DeWalt 18V batteries and they also came back better than new. I am totally satisfied/impressed with MTO Battery rebuild service.
