Everything happened as clearly explained when ordered. Battery is working again and lasting double as expected with this upgrade. I recommend to go for the double amount of cells sousoc last all night long! All night!!

I received the battery back and it works fine. I use it on my landscaping to trim and cut leaves and branches. It lasts a long time. I received the battery in a reasonable time.

found online and was able to keep using seevral tools blower, timmer,8" pole and 10" chain saws very pleased

I have a Ridgid 9.6v battery tool with two batteries that would not charge. The batteries are not available from Home Depot or anywhere else I could find. So i sent them to MTO. In about ten days they were returned and I was able to use my power **** driver again. The batteries work just fine in the charger, too. The price was probably cheaper than what the replacement batteries sold for. I will probably use them again, too.

This is a great option to re-build, instead of replacing a battery. The cost is well worth it, and the workmanship on the repair is excellent.

My battery was rebuilt and returned to me quickly. It is performing well on its initial charge after being returned to me. I will have me second battery rebuilt soon.
