Recomendaciones de carga

Asegúrese siempre de que la carga se realice mientras usted esté presente, sobre una superficie impermeable y no inflamable, como hormigón o acero, con ventilación adecuada y con un equipo de extinción de incendios adecuado cerca.

1. Asegúrese siempre de que la batería no esté caliente y esté a temperatura ambiente antes de cargarla.

2. Una vez cargada, retire la batería del cargador. No la guarde en el cargador durante largos periodos. Tenga en cuenta que guardar una batería en un cargador que no esté enchufado a la red eléctrica puede provocar que se descargue de nuevo en el cargador. Esto era más común con cargadores antiguos y también lo hemos observado en algunos cargadores más nuevos.

3. Se recomienda no guardar la batería en el dispositivo cuando no esté en uso. Guardarla por separado evita que se descargue lentamente.

4. Si no ha usado la batería durante 2 o 3 meses, le recomendamos recargarla y, si es posible, usarla. Esto ayuda a mantenerla en buen estado.

5. Por último, asegúrese de guardar la batería en un lugar seco. Si es posible, evite temperaturas bajo cero y superiores a 43 °C para maximizar su vida útil.

NOTA DE SEGURIDAD: El cargador 3M para esta batería carga más rápido de lo recomendado para este tamaño. Esto genera un calor excesivo y provoca que las baterías fallen prematuramente. New BP-15 Battery **Medical Use Review**

As many of you already know, in the midst of the pandemic 3M BP-15 battery packs were impossible to find. We use these battery packs within our medical facility to help protect our staff. MTO Battery had their staff working 12-14hr days to try to keep up with the demand during these times. Our order was expedited at no additional cost since we were a medical provider. In just 3 business days MTO Battery had our 3M Breathe Easy Turbo PAPR battery packs rebuilt and shipped. The performance of the batteries is great. As others have reported, the OEM 3M battery packs normally only lasted us a year. The engineer at MTO explained to me that they modify the assembly to better protect it during charging. This provides a longer usable life for the battery.

There are other rebuilders out there for these batteries. I did extensive research and chose MTO Battery based on their reputation, the fact that they are a military supplier, and because they answered the phone and promptly and effectively answered my questions.

I would not hesitate to refer my friends, colleagues, and family to MTO Battery. The customer service and products are second to none. Thank you to everyone who assisted us with our order. I hope that you stay safe and healthy.

Works better than new

MTO rebuilt my 3M BP-15 PAPR battery and it has been flawless ever since. I use it daily for my welding job and I have actually had it now for nearly two years now!! When I was buying new ones, I would get an average of 1yr out of them before they needed to be replaced. With the pricing of the rebuild service through MTO coupled with the extended life expectancy, I am absolutely thrilled. If you have 3M BP-15 PAPR batteries send them to MTO. BP-15 Battery Rebuild

The battery arrived back about a week after I shipped it. To be honest, I didn't even think it was repaired because I could not see where it was opened. I plugged it up to the 3M charger and it charged up fine. I used it yesterday and it lasted much longer than my other batteries. The service I received was great and I was advised of shipment data once it was available. This is a great battery repair place.
