Segway Lithium batteries CANNOT be sent to us using our prepaid label system.

MTO Battery offers battery rebuilding and reconditioning for all Segway battery packs. With our rebuild services we professionally laser cut the case open and replace all the cells inside. Once complete we reseal, charge, load test, and try them on a Segway prior to shipping them back to you.

Don't be fooled by other companies offering substandard batteries and service at amazing pricing. Not all batteries are created equal and neither are the companies standing behind them. Quality cells and service are what we provide and this can be confirmed by looking online at customer reviews of our company. Our NiMH Rebuild services for Segway batteries are top notch. Simply send your batteries in to us and we rebuild them and send them back to you. We were the first company to offer Segway NiMH rebuilding in the United States so buy with confidence!

Batteries must be properly charged and maintained to prevent premature failure. Batteries that are returned under warranty which were not kept charged will not be covered under warranty. Our 1 year warranty covers only the materials and labor we supply. Warranty on cells covers their ability to accept a charge. Range per charge will decrease as the batteries are used and warranty does not guarantee range. Other items such as but not limited to circuit boards, connectors, and cases are not covered under our warranty.

If you choose to have your lithium Segway batteries reconditioned and we are unable to get them to properly function we will be happy to refund 100% of your purchase price and shipping if you do not wish to have them returned. If you would like to just have them returned we will charge S&H plus a $15/battery labor fee to cover labor costs associated with the services performed. Please be advised if your battery was previously rebuilt or modified in any way by another company we WILL NOT work on it. We will also not offer reconditioning services to batteries run through the "Segway Li-Ion Battery Reviver". This restriction is in place for liability purposes and is not negotiable.

All of the services below require you to send us your batteries with the exception of the DIY rebuild kits. All packages are shipped from our facility with the standard insurance amount of $100. If you require additional insurance or special handling either visit our shipping section or call us for assistance in placing your order.

Professionally welded assemblies with proper insulators to rebuild (2) Segway NiMH battery packs. Your package will include twelve cell assemblies and two large fishpaper gaskets for final installation. This product does not include any instructions or tech support. If you cannot do the entire rebuild yourself please do not purchase this product. This product is tested prior to being shipped and has no warranty since we are not installing it.
