Tax Exemption

If you are a tax exempt customer. Please follow the steps below to get setup with MTO Battery as tax exempt. 

1. Create an account on our website by clicking here.

2. Email us a copy of your tax exemption. Please note that we will only accept signed exemptions that are 100% complete. The exemption should be emailed from the same email address that you used to register your account on our website.

3. We will review the exemption, and once approved, your account will be updated to exempt.

4. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is updated.

Note: We will not refund taxes that were collected prior to the tax exemption form being submitted.
