Trademark / Service Mark Usage

The following are general guidelines for the proper use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks and copyrights. Any use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks that is inconsistent with these guidelines, or other unauthorized use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks or marks that are confusingly similar to Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks, may violate the trademark rights of . Any use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery copyrights other than under the limited license set forth below may violate Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery rights.

If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, or would like to request permission to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery copyrighted materials in a manner other than expressly allowed in these guidelines, please send your requests to sales@mtobattery.com. Please include your contact information, what content you seek to use and how it will be used. If you are requesting photo or video permission, please send all content and captions that will accompany the photo or video with your request.

ACCEPTABLE USE:

You may make fair use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery word marks to:

1) make true, factual statements about Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery products bearing those marks,

2) truthfully communicate that your product is compatible with, or designed for use with, Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery products, or

3) truthfully communicate your company’s or organization’s interest in or use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery products (providing that such use is otherwise legally permissible).

You should NEVER use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery logos or stylizations of the Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery word marks without the express written permission of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery.

When making a fair use of a Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademark, you should acknowledge that Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery owns the trademark. The following language is appropriate: “MTO Battery is a registered trademark of Battery Builders Inc. in the United States and/or other countries.”

INAPPROPRIATE USE:

1) You are NOT permitted to combine or use the Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks with your product, service, or company name or any other term. Such use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks would NOT constitute a fair use. 

2) You are NOT permitted to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery logos or word marks unless you have express written permission to do so.

3) You are NOT permitted to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks as meta tags for your web pages.

4) You are NOT permitted to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks or any abbreviations of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks as your domain name or as parts of your domain name.

5. You are NOT permitted to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks in a manner that would disparage Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery, its affiliates, its products, or services (i.e. untruthful advertising, false/misleading promotional materials, etc.).

6. You are NOT permitted to use Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery trademarks in a manner that implies an affiliation or connection with Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery.

Limited use of Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery Copyrights

Information distributed by Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery, including all information contained on Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery Web site (www.mtobattery.com), is copyrighted and protected by worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions. Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery authorizes the use of information contained on Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery Web site (www.mtobattery.com.com) (“Battery Builders Inc. / MTO Battery Information”) only as follows:

Personal, Non-Commercial Use
