Shipping

When shipping to us using our prepaid label system please be aware of the following items.

1. Shipment is insured for $100 inbound. If you require more insurance for your inbound shipment then you must ship the package at your own expense. Our inbound shipping label is permenantly set at $100 and cannot be manually changed.

2. Any/All shipping claims on packages being shipped to us must be reported/filed by the shipper "you". As the receiver "us" we will not file or facilitate any shipping claims on inbound packages.

3. Packages should always be packaged well with battery terminals protected or covered. UPS Packaging guidelines can be found here.

4. Your shipment must be in a box which has a "Box Certificate" stamp on the bottom showing specifications. If it is not in a proper box UPS will likely deny any insurance claims.

We hope the above information provides you with some valuable information on packaging and helps prevent any shipping damages. We rarely deal with shipping damage but when we do we find they are typically due to inadequate packaging.
